PT Asia Development Engineering has Reliable and Experienced Employs in Conveying, Crushing, Stockpiling, Reclaiming, and Load out systems. Our Company provides Integrated Services on Design, Construction, Maintenance Operator for Handling Systems.

Operation and maintenance activities are essential to ensure facilities and equipment remain in serviceable condition and operate efficiently according to their intended purpose. Maintenance activity includes : Inspection, Testing, Repair, Rebuilding, and Doing reclamation to maintain operational reliability and productivity.

The company applies two main types of maintenance:

1. Preventive Maintenance

Preventive maintenance is a schedule of planned maintenance actions aimed at the prevention of breakdown and failures. The primary goal is to preserve and enhanced equipment reliability by replacing worn components before fail.

The Activities of Preventive Maintenance is :

  1. Inspecting : Checking the condition of a machine or equipment
  2. Lubricating : Applying oil or grease to moving parts to reduce friction
  3. Cleaning : Removing dust and debris to prevent overheat

2. Corrective Maintenance

Corrective maintenance is Action Performed to identify, isolate and rectify a fault so that the failed equipment can be restored to an operational condition within the limits established for in – service operations

The Activities of Corrective Maintenance is :

  1. Detection: Identify a failing piece of equipment through routine inspections or automated monitoring and generate a work order
  2. Troubleshooting and Planning: Doing Diagnose the issue that led to the equipment failure and establish root cause
  3. Repair: Doing Repair Maintenance is often the longest and most difficult cause of must wait for spare parts arrival.
  4. Testing: Doing Test on equipment or that performance and reliability to validate the working condition of assets and return to service
  5. Documentation: Making documentation for every step maintenance such as: Work Order Closure, Fault Logging and Photo Capture.
  6. Root Cause Analysis: Doing Identify the underlying cause of failure and craft a plan to prevent its recurrence
